Our principal, Tinu Mishra, spent 30 years inside Caltrans—California's Department of Transportation and the largest state DOT in America—before launching ECS to serve as the strategic bridge the industry has been missing. Today, ECS works with public agencies ready to modernize and technology companies ready to scale, translating between them with the authority that only decades of inside experience can provide.
